We use Australia Post and other couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia
Orders over $150 are eligible for free Express Shipping within Australia
- For standard shipping please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.
- For express shipping please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.
Shipping prices are as below, and may be amended from time to time.
- Local Standard Shipping AUD $8.95
- Local Express Shipping AUD $14.95
Online orders with pre-order items will not ship until all items are available. Should you wish to receive in-stock items immediately please process these as a separate order.
We provide an approximate delivery date for pre-orders. Please note that these dates are an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur from time to time. RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Contact our customer service team at hello@henii.com.au or through our website at www.henii.com.au to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days of receiving your item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund, which can be used towards future purchases.
International returns are subject to the same policies, but customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Henii reserves the right to update this returns policy at any time. Please review it periodically for changes.
